How does a gift card work?
- Your gift card will be activated within 5 mins 24 hours after purchase.
- Gift cards are digital, and there is no physical card to receive.
- Cash on delivery is not accepted for gift card purchases.
- You will receive an email notification once your gift card is ready. You can then forward this email to the intended recipient for them to use the gift card.
- The gift card can be used for one or multiple orders, depending on the value of the items you wish to purchase.
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
- Other Governorates: 3–5 business days.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Within 14 days of delivery. (except for zero waste items)
- Fix/Replace: Within 30 days for any manufacturing defects or repairs.
- Zero Waste : Because these items are offered at an exceptional value to honor our zero-waste philosophy, all accepted items are final. No future refunds or exchanges can be made.
